Fuel subsidy should only be removed if the money is going to benefit the people!
I would say YES! Petroleum subsidy on fuel should be removed if and only if all necessary palliative measures have been put in place and ofcourse to the benefit of the masses. E.g, good roads, effective transportation system, constant power supply e.t.c.
